OUR KITCHEN
At Cucinino DiVino, cooking isn't just nourishment, it's a language through which we express who we are. Our philosophy is based on three pillars: seasonality, creativity, and local produce. Each dish begins with a careful attention to the ingredients, carefully selected, and transforms into a sensory experience that combines the memory of Italian flavors with the freedom of modern cuisine.
The day here follows a natural rhythm that accompanies guests from morning until late evening. Breakfast welcomes guests with the sweetness of croissants, homemade cakes, and cappuccino, but also embraces international fare with scrambled eggs, pancakes, yogurt bowls, and fresh fruit, as well as savory and nutritious options. At lunchtime, especially in the warmer months, the restaurant embraces lightness: fresh salads, quick and modern dishes, designed for those who enjoy relaxing by the pool or taking a dip in the lake. In winter, however, lunch becomes more sophisticated, with dishes that warm and surprise, always keeping in mind the seasonality of the season.
A distinctive feature of Cucinino DiVino is its always-open kitchen, capable of accommodating the varying paces of Italian and international guests: here, there are no time limits, because we believe that freedom is an integral part of a vacation.

THE DAY AND EVENING EXPERIENCE
The afternoon comes alive with aperitifs, which transform the restaurant into a kiosk: signature cocktails, local wines, and craft beers are paired with snacks, gelato, and small delicacies served directly poolside. It's a time for conviviality, for spending time together, for toasting while watching the sun reflect on the water.
In the evening, however, Cucinino DiVino changes its look. The lights dim, the atmosphere warms, and the menu expands with gourmet dishes that celebrate the local area with a creative touch. Each season brings new inspiration and fresh ingredients, transforming every dinner into a unique sensory journey. After the meal, the restaurant opens up to a lounge atmosphere: the bar stays lively, cocktails take center stage, and after-dinner entertainment transforms into a relaxing and refined experience, in harmony with the natural surroundings of the village.
CELLAR AND BAR
Next to the kitchen, Cucinino DiVino houses a wine cellar showcasing the finest wines from Piedmont and Oltrepò Pavese, as well as national and international selections to complement any culinary experience. The bar, open all day, offers classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages designed for every moment: from breakfast to after-dinner, every glass and every sip has its own story.
